Your mission:
In this role, you’ll lead digital transformation initiatives within the Supply Chain function, focusing on areas like Consumer/Customer Centricity, Employee Experience, and Operational Productivity. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders and global digital teams to ensure the successful rollout and adoption of digital solutions that create real business impact.
Your key responsibilities:
- Act as the local Supply Chain digital lead, aligning with business stakeholders on priorities and solution needs
- Lead the local rollout of digital products and services that support operational excellence
- Drive innovation: identify new ideas, lead MVP (Minimum Viable Product) development, and bring emerging technologies to life
- Build and maintain a strong Key User (KU) community to support solution knowledge, adoption, and feedback
- Collaborate in agile project teams and take ownership of local implementation efforts
- Support operational stability during transitions and changes by managing releases and facilitating user acceptance testing
- Ensure data privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR) in digital initiatives
- Contribute to cost-effective digital transformation by monitoring and supporting CAPEX and OPEX allocation related to digital solutions
What we’re looking for:
- University/College degree in IT, Engineering, or Economics
- Strong understanding of business processes, ideally within FMCG
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in implementing and managing digital solutions or projects
- Advanced English skills, comfortable working in international and cross-functional environments
- Self-driven, structured mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Proven ability to lead without authority and influence senior stakeholders
- Experience working in agile setups and digital product delivery

Nice to have:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Background in multinational projects
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing system
- Supply Chain Product Owner experience
