Coca-Cola HBC is looking for a warehouse shift lead as a frontline supervisory role responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations during a specific shift, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with company policies.
ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing and organizing work during the assigned shift.
- Monitoring the accurate execution of receiving and dispatch orders.
- Ensuring team adherence to procedures and instructions during the shift.
- Handling daily operational issues in the warehouse during the shift.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensuring implementation of safety and health procedures.
- Preparing a daily report on shift activities and submitting it to the Warehouse Supervisor.
ARE THESE YOUR SECERET INGRIDENTS
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes: receiving, inventory control, picking, shipping, and returns.
- Experience in managing shift-based teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with health & safety compliance and shift handovers.
- Preferably, familiarity with warehouse technology such as barcode scanners, SAP / ERP / WMS systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, Outlook).
