Coca-Cola HBC is looking for a warehouse manager who oversees the daily operations of a warehouse, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, while also managing the warehouse team and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Key responsibilities include inventory management, staff supervision, safety compliance, and process improvement.
ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining and supervising daily Logistics and Warehouses operations. such as ensuring efficient receiving, storing, packing and shipping of goods, as well as managing inventory control, freight using the SAP ERP & EWM system.
- Ensure applying department standard operations procedures by ensuring that all products are at their places with the agreed standards for effective results.
- Review and analyze warehouse stock to ensure there is no overstock to maintain company goods.
- Review and analyze warehouse team productivity by analyzing the number of lines achieved …etc.
- Review and follow up on the return orders to make sure of the expiry date and quality status.
- Manage and follow up & scanning expires process to remove all products that are near to expiration.
- Manage to receive and deliver expenditures from customers to SAP.
- Conduct and follow up stock take process to ensure system balance is equal to a physical one.
- Ensure the availability of all operations tools and equipment to ensure no work interruptions.
- Follow up with maintenance concerned employees the operation tools and equipment to ensure smooth work operations.
- Communicate and resolve any escalated problems related to the warehouse along with all concerned parties to ensure smooth work operations.
- Analyze the cost and benefit of available supply chain options, such as common carriers, air freight etc.
- Improves customer service from a warehousing standpoint at optimal cost.
- Managing inventory control, freight optimization and transportation costs.
- Developing strategies to maximize efficiency.
- Adhering to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.
- Managing and monitoring warehouse and logistics operations, complying with time, cost and quality specifications and taking the optimal capacity utilization into account.
- Providing clear directions and general guidance to the department in the formulation of basic policies and procedures and ensures that these are translated into actions.
ARE THESE YOUR SECERET INGRIDENTS
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8-10 years of experience in warehouse management and supply chain management, preferably in FMCG industry.
- Critical Thinker
- Problem solving
- Sales Distribution and Warehouse experience is a must.
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes: receiving, inventory control, picking, shipping, and returns.
- Proven ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with health & safety compliance and shift handovers.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, Outlook).
