We’re growing our recruitment team at Coca-Cola HBC Hungary, and we’re looking for a passionate, proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in the world of recruitment. If you have 2–3 years of end-to-end hiring experience, love sourcing, and enjoy building relationships with both candidates and stakeholders — we want to hear from you!
The role
- Full-cycle recruitment for white-collar positions from sourcing to onboarding
- Actively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative channels
- Conducting screening calls and interviews, coordinating assessments
- Managing relationships with hiring managers and providing consultative support
- Continuously improving our hiring processes and candidate experience
Expectations
- 3+ years of recruitment experience**, ideally in white-collar hiring
- You are confident in sourcing and know how to find and engage passive candidates
- strong communication and interviewing skills to assess both skills and culture fit
- Bring energy, initiative, and a solutions-focused mindset
- Speaks English fluently and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, multinational environment
