WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Organizing, preparing, and supporting training courses for internal and external customers in a domestic and international environment
- Providing administrative support for the daily work of the Service, Training and Integrated Logistics System department
- Supporting the procurement of tools and office supplies necessary for the performance of Service, Training and Integrated Logistics System tasks
- Communicating in foreign languages, both verbally and in writing, with international customers and lecturers
- Supporting and advising training participants and lecturers
- Administrating and updating the Service, Training and Integrated Logistics System databases
- Preparing reports and statements to support management decisions
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- High school graduation, vocational qualification an advantage (e.g. cultural organiser, international relations)
- 1-2 years of professional experience is an advantage but not required
- Confident user of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point), knowledge of ERP systems
- Accurate, independent work
- Systematic thinking
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible and quick adaptation to unexpected situations, problem solving
- Category B driving licence
- Intermediate level of English and very good knowledge of Hungarian
