You will have the following responsibilities:
- Traffic Measure & Analyze: Measure and analyze campaign traffic to assess effectiveness, accuracy, and quality. Identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity by verifying tracking codes, UTM parameters, and conversion pixels.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret digital marketing data across various channels (e.g.: Analyitic tool, PPC, Biddable, display advertising) to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
- Performance Tracking: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Campaign Optimization: Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize campaigns, using A/B testing, segmentation, and other analytical methods to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
- Insights & Recommendations: Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve user experience, conversion rates, and overall marketing performance.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Tool Management: Manage and utilize marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Looker studio, Customer data platform etc.) to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting capabilities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including content, Paid Traffic specialist, Marketing communication managers, CRO specialists, website/app developers to align digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Reporting: Present findings and insights to stakeholders, including senior management, through clear and concise reports and presentations.
- Compliance: Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and best practices regarding data privacy and ethical standards.
You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing analysis or a related field.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Display & Video 360, other biddable platforms).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis techniques and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, R, Python).
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven optimization techniques.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Understanding of current digital marketing trends, best practices, and tools.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and other digital marketing channels.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and ethical considerations in digital marketing.
