To lead, manage, and execute civil and structural engineering projects within an FMCG manufacturing environment. The Senior Civil Engineer will ensure that all civil works (green & brown fields ) meet safety, hygienic, and compliance standards, while supporting business growth and operational efficiency
ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of civil and structural works related to factories & warehouses infrastructure.
- Manage construction and upgrade projects from concept to on site supervision till completion, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Develop and review technical drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents in coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure civil work complies with local codes, FMCG industry standards.
- Provide technical guidance on repair and maintenance of existing civil infrastructure, prioritizing production continuity and safety.
- Collaborate with business leads, procurement, production, utilities, and HSE teams to align engineering work with business needs.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and as-built drawings for all executed civil work.
ARE THSES YOUR SECERET INGRIDENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; PMP certified preferred
- Experience, with at least 5 years in industrial/FMCG environments (e.g., food, beverage, cosmetics, or pharmaceuticals).
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, industrial building standards.
- Familiar with site safety regulations, risk mitigation, and good construction practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
