As part of the Market-to-Cash team, we:
Ensure the smooth and accurate settlement, billing, and dispute management processes while maintaining compliance with internal and external regulations. We work closely with key functions such as Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service to improve operational performance and drive continuous improvements.
Joining us as a RS & Billing Reporting/Training Analyst, you will:
- Turn financial data into meaningful information by designing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and centralized reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders within Route Settlement to identify needs and co-create sustainable data solutions.
- Act as the internal RS Trainer for all newcomers.
- Continuously improve reporting procedures and seek new ways to optimize data handling and visualization.
- Prepare various reports for Route Settlement, Logistics teams or other stakeholders (unsettled shipments, open shipments, billings, logs).
- Take over the preparation of raw data regarding KBIs & sharing them with stakeholders.
- Run refreshment sessions for RS population, material preparation & presentations for them.
- Organize knowledge validation tests & evaluation, prepare the materials and evaluate the results.
- Act as key user governance champion & working with teams to develop tools & improve systems.
Our new team member needs to:
- Ideally, hold a university or college degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- Be fluent in English.
- Ideally, have experience of at least 2 years in finance/reporting or other relevant roles in a similar role, preferably in a fast-moving, multinational company or Shared Services environment.
- Ideally, have additional theoretical or hands-on experience with reporting tools (excel, power BI etc)
- Be fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Have little or no experience in financial reporting, data visualization, or analytics. If you are passionate about it and determined to learn and grow, this opportunity is the right fit for you.
