WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Coordination of individual, interdisciplinary and external projects
- Development and implementation of action plans
- Introduction and continuous optimization of project management processes and methodologies.
- Ensuring strategic program objectives and contract-compliant execution in technical, financial and schedule terms
- Responsibility for achieving project goals
- Integrated project management including task management, progress measurement and reporting
- Risk and claim management
- Conducting negotiations with customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Preparing reports on the status of assigned projects
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Experience in multi-project management
- 2-3 years experience in the relevant field and industry (defence, aviation, electronic industry, etc.)
- Proven work experience as a Managing Director or Operational Director of a small or medium sized company can be an advantage (info: the recruited position is not a leadership position)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Affinity with technically complex products and services
- Strategic thinking and communication skills
- Very good English and Hungarian language skills, written and spoken
- German language skills are an advantage
- Ability to work autonomously, demonstrate good level of self-initiatives, independent and self-reliant action
- Hands-on mentality, ability to work under pressure
