About your new job:
In this temporary role (service provision contract), you will ensure the full execution of the procurement process - from supplier evaluation to smooth delivery of goods. You will play a key part in supporting our Procurement team by managing suppliers, optimizing databases, and coordinating with internal and external partners to ensure efficiency and quality in our purchasing operations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues with undelivered goods.
- Research, analyze, and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, service, support, availability, production and distribution capabilities, reputation, and history.
- Utilize relevant procurement tools and services.
- Manage and optimize the supplier database.
- Collaborate with suppliers, brokers, and other partners to ensure a smooth purchasing process.
Required qualification
- Fluency in English.
- Fluency in Russian.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Experience in procurement or a related field.
