Production & Maintenance Manager
Responsibilities:
• Oversee production and maintenance to ensure quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with food and beverage regulations, ISO standards, and company policies.
• Lead process optimization and infrastructure projects in production and utilities.
• Develop and monitor business plans for productivity, cost efficiency, and capital investments.
• Manage spare parts and implement Lean Manufacturing (EAtB modules).
• Foster collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and institutions.
• Drive continuous improvement and empower teams to take action.
• Maintain product and packaging quality standards.
• Ensure workplace health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Develop, coach, and support team growth while promoting company values.
Requirements:
• University degree in technical, mechanical, electrical, or mechatronic fields.
• 5+ years of managerial experience in production, maintenance, or project management.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing performance, Lean principles, and preventive maintenance.
• Exellence in leading teams and driving change.
• Fluent in English with strong computer skills (MS Office, SAP preferred).
• Familiarity with ISO standards, Opex/Capex, and a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
