ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB:
This role is responsible for building and implementing Premium Spirits strategy and providing all marketing resources (strategies, tools needed for strategies execution and resources in terms of cooperating partners and agencies) to support building the portfolio of assigned brands for the overall growth of the company’s business.
Brand Manager establish and manage the marketing agenda for the portfolio starting from identifying country key big bets to the moment when related marketing programs planned and executed. Responsible to work closely with key business stakeholders across marketing, sales, commercial excellence, finance and supply chain and play a leading role in the Spirits Marketing leadership team. A strategic goal is to drive business performance thru sustainable portfolio growth. Clear focus would be revenue and profit delivery for the respective portfolio with fuelling value share growth and continuously growing quality leadership ratio.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Co-creates Long-range plan and BP for Premium Spirits portfolio, aligning with global brand priorities and local channel insights.
- Manages budget planning, control, and reconciliation, conducting quarterly A&P reports with brand owners.
- Takes ownership of Premium Spirits Portfolio budget for comprehensive execution of Sales & Marketing activity calendar.
- Controls financial payments and ensures cost management of Premium Spirits portfolio, including value chain and price control.
- Defines 360 LoS Brands KBIS, identifying and delivering results.
- Maps portfolio opportunities, calculates Size of the prize, and contributes to long-term country big bets.
- Designs annual Premium Spirits Activity calendar, coordinating execution of big bets and innovations.
- Partners with PS Manager to address channel/region specific needs through sales and marketing programs.
- Adapts global portfolio plans to the local market, explores system best practices, and integrates cross-merchandising opportunities.
- Plans and executes new portfolio launches, SKU rationalization, and harmonization, contributing to Premium Spirits planning and Best Practice sessions.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Experience in large, complex, multi-channel organizations.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- High level of communication skills.
- Ability to quickly understand customers' needs.
- Fluent level of English.
- Responsibility, result orientation, and agility.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and experience in executing marketing campaigns.
