ABOUT THE ROLE:
Great opportunity for a strategic Marketing Lead to establish and manage the Marketing agenda TCCC brands from shopper and commercialization perspective starting from identifying market key big bets to the moment when related Marketing programs planned and executed on the market.
Reporting to the Portfolio Integration Manager, this role will work on maximizing the value of the TCCC portfolio by grasping key shopper opportunities and it is responsible for designing and executing the annual Marketing activity calendar in time and with highest quality. You will partner with system key stakeholders to manage holistically our marketing agenda whereas system partners are responsible for consumer aspect, you are for Shopper and engagement with Channels
In this high-visibility role you will work closely with key business stakeholders across marketing, sales, RGM, Customer Value Growth, Insights, C&AS, finance, supply chain, customers, suppliers and other external entities. As a strategic Lead in the business, your goal will be to drive business performance through sustainable TCCC portfolio growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Shapes the Brand Plan (BP) from a shopper/customer perspective, leveraging market insights and local channel knowledge.
- Identifies portfolio opportunities, assesses potential value, and contributes to portfolio strategy and big bets.
- Designs and executes the annual Marketing activity calendar, including innovations, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Plans and manages marketing budgets (DME) for specific brands from a holistic execution standpoint.
- Collaborates with Sales and Channel teams to address customer-specific needs through relevant marketing programs.
- Works with TCCC to adapt portfolio plans locally and integrates best practices from other industries.
- Develops marketing program business cases with a focus on ROI.
- Manages raw material artworks (labels, closures, packaging) and ensures compliance with quality and legal standards.
- Leads localization of shopper toolkits for effective market execution.
- Develops innovative E3 solutions to enhance key value drivers.
- Partners cross-functionally to optimize demand and production planning.
- Conducts risk assessments and contingency planning for marketing programs to mitigate business losses.
- Oversees product listings and delistings with customers.
- Monitors and ensures delivery of Portfolio LOS KBIs and Marketing program performance, recommending corrective actions as needed.
- Works with RGM on optimal pricing, packaging, and merchandising standards.
- Co-creates compelling selling stories with system partners and channels.
- Aligns with stakeholders on communication strategy and ensures high-quality project execution.
- Identifies cost-saving opportunities within the portfolio and minimizes waste.
- Leads new product launches, SKU rationalization, and formula harmonization.
ABOUT YOU IN THIS ROLE:
Qualifiers:
- University diploma, preferable MSc in Marketing and Brand Management.
- Fluent English.
- 5 years comparable experience in Marketing Departments, large, complex, multi-channel organizations.
- Experience in managing international brands.
