The Planning Trainee Program is designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want to dive into the heart of operations. Over 15 months, you'll gain experience with production planning, cross-functional coordination, data analytics, and digital tools that drive efficiency across the supply chain.
💼 What You’ll Do
✔ Assist in building efficient production schedules aligned with business goals
✔ Monitor and analyze key supply chain KPIs and planning metrics
✔ Contribute to process improvement and planning optimization projects
✔ Collaborate with logistics, production, maintenance, and procurement teams
✔ Use planning tools (Excel, SAP, APO, Blue Yonder) to generate actionable insights
✔ Participate in digitalization and automation initiatives across planning operations
👤 Who We’re Looking For
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business, or similar
📊 Experience: 0–2 years in supply chain, operations, or planning (internships included)
📊 Skills:
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, data modeling)
• Familiarity with ERP/planning systems like SAP, APO, or Blue Yonder
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Power BI knowledge is a plus
• Communication: Able to translate data into clear, actionable insights
• Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written)
