ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB
People and Culture Manager Supply Chain
The main purpose of the role is to partnering with the FHs and FHs-1 to set and execute an end-to-end people strategy that will drive the function’s talent output, evolve leadership and culture, achieve high engagement, productivity and enable the development of the necessary organizational capabilities.
IN THIS EXCITING ROLE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FOLLOWING AREAS:
People and HR Management
• Acting as coach, mentor, facilitator and consultant for Change Leaders of the respective function with regards to People, Leadership, Management topics and Team Effectiveness / Development interventions
• Overall accountable for people strategy execution and KBIs within the designated function
• Mentors the HR BP team while ensuring that functional priorities and end to end people processes are in place and cascaded properly
Organizational Design, Productivity & Capabilities
• Performs Workforce Planning with FHs and builds long term plans behind organizational structures design, roles evolution, culture, capabilities and talent needs that feed into BU and functional annual business plans
• Supports in progressing behind building critical organizational capabilities via relevant functional plans development (RGM, RtM, Talent Mgnt., etc.)
• Drives Change Management behind key organization, re-structure and other people change initiatives
Organizational Productivity
• Leading creation and implementation of change management plans to support functional business or people transformations coming from the business plan or the group
• Leading constant identification and realization of productivity improvement (headcount, overtime, delayering, span of control, outsourcing, org design). Partnering in organizational audit including compliance with blueprints span of control and delayering initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness and mindset
Talent
• Owns the Change Leaders talent management, partnering with FHs, FHs -1 and working with TD for securing a healthy talent pipeline (talent reviews, IDPs quality, succession planning, talent pools management and targeted interventions/programs, career planning, agreed actions follow up)
YOU CAN BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, IF YOU HAVE:
• Good understanding of HR Managerment• Good spoken and written English (Upper-intermediate).
• Labour law knowledge
• General knowledge on the most important HR processes (Recruitment, Talent Management, Engagement, Rewards, Budgeting, Labour Relations) & KBIs
• BPMS & analytics
• 5+ years’ experience in HR Leadership roles
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Customer-oriented approach, good collaboration skills.
