Step into a key leadership role where your planning expertise directly impacts production, supply continuity, and business performance.
At Coca-Cola HBC, we are looking for an experienced Operational Planning Manager to lead our production planning and inventory management processes. In this role, you will coordinate complex supply chain operations, ensure seamless product availability, and drive cross-functional collaboration across manufacturing, quality, logistics, and commercial teams.
If you thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, can lead teams through operational challenges, and enjoy making data-driven decisions that shape supply chain success, this is the opportunity to take your planning career to the next level.
The Role
- Ensuring seamless production execution across our sites by leading short- and long-term production and capacity planning. Your team delivers optimized schedules that keep our plants running efficiently while minimizing stockouts and excess inventory.
- Coordinating daily with manufacturing, logistics, and quality teams to resolve operational bottlenecks, manage supply risks, and ensure the right products are available at the right time, including continuous supply to external depots and efficient depot-to-depot stock movements.
- Leading the planning response to unexpected disruptions—be it production delays, quarantines, or sudden product demand shifts—ensuring quick alignment across functions (manufacturing, quality, supply chain) to maintain product availability.
- Managing 12-week rolling production plans, focusing not only on execution but also on building robust forecast accuracy and scenario planning to increase long-term stability.
- Proactively driving change by identifying process gaps, implementing improvements, and fostering a culture where decisions are data-driven, and the team operates with agility under pressure.
Expectations
- Minimum 8 years of experience in end-to-end Supply Chain Planning beyond production scheduling, with a clear understanding of inventory, capacity, and supply constraints.
- Strong leadership mindset—you coordinate teams, manage complexity, and promote accountability.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, solve problems fast, and make decisions under pressure.
- Fluency in English, with strong analytical skills.
- Experience with SAP S4HANA or Blue Yonder is a plus.
- Change-oriented, strategic thinker who challenges the status quo and leads process improvements.
