Our Logistics Trainee Program is built for ambitious individuals looking to grow into key logistics and supply chain roles. Over the course of 15 months, you’ll be exposed to real operational challenges, collaborate across departments, and contribute to impactful logistics projects.
💼 What You’ll Do
✔ Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities
✔ Support inventory optimization and planning
✔ Monitor key logistics KPIs and analyze performance data
✔ Collaborate with production, supply chain, and quality teams
✔ Participate in process improvement and cost reduction initiatives
👤 Who We’re Looking For
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields
📊 Experience: 0–2 years in logistics or supply chain (internships welcome)
📊 Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SAP or WMS is a plus
• Effective communicator and team player
• Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken)
