Then procurement will be right up in your alley! Our team is looking for a new Junior Buyer to introduce to the exciting world of this field, where we will teach you everything!
The role
- Supporting the cross-functional departments in their procurement process
- Assisting with trouble tickets
- Supporting the administration of the procurement process
- Preparation and analysis of Procurement Reports
- Support the work of the procurement team
- Contract administration (signature, mailing, system administration)
- Price checks, supplier master data updates
- Preparation of reports, analyses
- Support system implementations, efficiency improvement projects
- Compilation and translation of training materials
- Carrying out system testing
- Conducting training courses
Expectations
- Relevant university degree or you are close to graduating
- Fluency in English
- Excel knowledge (functions, Pivot table)
- Ability to see through systems, your logic can tame complex data sets
- Solution-oriented and positive attitude
- You can commit to working three days in a week from our Dunaharaszti office with the team
