IT on-site support (m/f/d)

Rheinmetall Hungary Munitions Zrt., a member of the Rheinmetall Group, is looking for an experienced person to support the IT processes of its new factory in Várpalota. As
first point of contact for our departments and IT users, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Acceptance, evaluation and prioritization of incidents and service requests
• Processing and resolution of known incidents and service requests
• Implement, manage and coordinate daily operations site support (incl. Network utilization, server performance, procurement and testing of hard-and software)
• Close cooperation with our system speciaists and management of external service providers
• Investigate technical issues and provide solutions in cooperation with the regional IT team
• Control, monitoring and delegation of tickets according to the SLAs
• Documentation of solution descriptions
• Teach and empower site personnel for the use of IT-based technologies
• Assistance with questions about the use of IT applications and IT systems
• Participation in the deployment of the IT network of the new site

• Completed training as an IT specialist or equivalent
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
• Practical experience with IT processes according to ITIL Best Practices is desirable
• Fluent English and Hungarian language skills, German is an advantage
• Good knowledge of leading technology PC architectures and hardware technologies
• Excellent knowlede of common standard SW applications (e.g. MS-Office, SAP)
