Joining us as a HR Benefits Specialist ( FTC) , you will:
You will shape compensation and benefits strategies that ensure fairness, compliance, and employee satisfaction. Reporting directly to the Rewards Manager, you’ll manage employee benefit programs, and support key annual cycles such as merit increases and bonus cycle.

Our new team member needs to:
• Manage employee benefits (e.g. healthcare, all kind of insurances, individual additional benefits, sport cards, meal vouchers etc.
• Prepare daily and management reports on compensation and benefits.
• Take part in tenders, evaluate and negotiate benefit contracts.
• Communicate compensation and benefits programs to employees.
• Advise and support employees on benefits related matters.
• Organize annual health prophylaxis checks for the employees
• Ensure purchase order creation and on-time payments to vendors regarding employees’ benefits, presents, events etc.
• Act as per the company policies and procedures.
• Prepare daily and management reports on compensation and benefits.
• Take part in tenders, evaluate and negotiate benefit contracts.
• Communicate compensation and benefits programs to employees.
• Advise and support employees on benefits related matters.
• Organize annual health prophylaxis checks for the employees
• Ensure purchase order creation and on-time payments to vendors regarding employees’ benefits, presents, events etc.
• Act as per the company policies and procedures.
• Be able to work on hybrid type of schedule
You can be successful in this role if:
• Have a degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Have hands-on experience in managing employee benefits (e.g. healthcare, bonuses) would be considered as advantage
• You’re able to collaborate with HR and stakeholders to drive effective benefits programs.
• Have excellent command of English (B2/C1) both written and verbal.
• Have good command of MS Office (Excel) Ideally you’re fully familiar with Pivot tables and Vlook up-s.
• You’re customer-oriented, responsible, and results-driven mindset.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Project management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• You’re willing to learn and develop.
• Skilled in working with HERMES (would be a plus).
