We are looking for a #PeopleFirst leader who can fill our corporate strategy with life while also inspiring their own team.
As the new leader of the function / team, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Define future vision, strategy, tactics and daily operation of IT Assisted Channels Office
- Transforming the office towards a more agile delivery modes in a balanced manner
- Building capabilities (competencies, tools, technics, SW solutions, methodology, etc.) for agile delivery mode
- Goal setting, defining targets and facilitate execution / performance review according to company business and technology strategy
- Facilitate project contribution and IT solution delivery and execution
- Problem resolution, managing head level decisions and escalations
- Facilitate application portfolio management in the area of IT Assisted Channels – driving application / platform lifecycle management. Initiating SW architecture and platform modernization activities.
- Office related budget responsibility – managing and following up office related spending and costs. Taking related budget / bucket ownership.
- Collaboration and active communication in the company – business areas, management, peer offices and also towards group / peer business units.
- Lead, motivate, and evaluate direct reports and Group Managers, ensuring high performance, clear goal setting, regular feedback, and continuous professional development.
You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:
- Professional experience in IT or telecommunication sector
- Good understanding of software IT architecture and software development methodologies
- Knowledge of the latest IT technologies
- Good leadership skills, high sense of responsibility
- Ability to effectively communicate and cooperate
- Understanding of business and other stakeholder requirements
- Forward leaning attitude, role model in living up to the Yettel values
