As the financial owner of the P&L, the FP&A Manager will be accountable for the following:
Full P&L Management & EBIT Delivery:- Own and control all components of the P&L, ensuring robust tracking and delivery of EBIT targets across actuals, REs, and BP cycles. Identify risks and mitigation actions early to secure bottom-line performance.
- Lead the coordination and preparation of rolling forecasts and business plans, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and functional inputs. Challenge assumptions and drive forecast accuracy.
- Deliver high-quality monthly performance reviews, analyzing variances versus targets and providing actionable insights on drivers, trends, and outlooks.
- Act as a strategic finance advisor to commercial, supply chain, and other functions. Evaluate investment cases, pricing initiatives, and cost programs with a financial lens.
- Prepare and present performance packs, P&L bridges, EBIT walk analyses, and strategic narratives for senior leadership, including the CFO and BU.
- Ensure adherence to financial governance processes, timelines, and reporting standards. Drive continuous improvement in planning tools, financial systems, and analytical capabilities

Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
- Professional qualifications (CMA, CPA, ACCA) or MBA is plus.
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in FP&A or financial management roles.
- FMCG or multinational experience is a strong plus.
- Exceptional financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
- Strong command of financial systems (e.g., SAP, BW, Power BI).
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- High attention to detail, critical thinking, and resilience under pressure.
- Strong leadership presence and ability to manage cross-functional alignment.
