Your tasks will be:
- Day-to-day administrative and organizational support of the management board, e.g. preparation of documents and presentations
- Administrative Support of Directors in terms of organizational aspects (15%)
- Travel management, organization and accounting of business trips of the Board
- Looking after visitors as well as organizing, preparing, coordinating and following up on meetings
- Representative back up of the Rheinmetall Hungary Board
- Primary point of contact between internal-external stakeholders wanting access or time to C-Board
- Independent preparation and execution of Hungarian and English correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
- Calendar management of the Board
- Internal approvals´ management
- Preparation of official letters
- Weekly organization of Management Meetings and action item list updates
- Representative and office staff ordering
- Agenda preparation for visitor events
- Completed high-level training or university degree in Business Administration, Marketing or comparable education
- Professional experience in the following fields: event management, management assistance, business management, accounting and general financial knowledge, document management, marketing and PR knowledge
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), SAP knowledge
- Language skills: fluent English and German written and spoken
