About Your New Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper employee experience for all employees
- Providing necessary support daily for all functions.
- Resolve daily issues specific to the HQ and depots and provide guidance as needed.
- Responsible for all employees’ files.
- Partnering with all non-CL’s and Directors in all employee care aspects
- Implementing policies and procedures related to employee affairs.
- Responsible for establishing and periodically updating a comprehensive database and archive for employees in the region.
- Execute all HR operations (time monitoring, insurance, wages, etc.).
- Support in the implementation of all well-being activities
- Manage employees’ grievances and complaints.
- Manage exit interviews for resigned employees
- Recruitment for all positions in regions (BD’s, Technicians, Drivers, STL’s)
- Ensure 100% compliance with employees’ files documents
- Preparing employee contract renewals forms within the company policy
- Participate in implementing HR projects in collaboration with various departments (LM Lab, culture programs, development programs, talent reviews).
- Ensure P4G completion with high quality
- Manage employee life cycle from onboarding to exits.
- Maintain the termination process for employees.
- Manage PIP for low-performing employees
- Responsible for I-voice up system for disciplinary actions as per labor law
- Identify hidden gems from regions and ensure retention
- Analyze engagement surveys per location and work on an action plan.
- Implement internal moves and promotions for all non-CLs and directors.

- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in various HR fields.
- Experience in Labor Law and Employee Grievances.
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
