Their insights, strategies, and recommendations directly shape annual plans, product launches, commercial negotiations, and day-to-day operations. What Do They Do?
- Pricing Strategy: We design and optimize pricing structures to support both volume and profitability goals.
- Promotional Effectiveness: We analyze and improve the return on investment (ROI) of promotions, ensuring data-driven decisions in planning and execution.
- Portfolio Optimization: We help shape the right product mix tailored to different channels, consumer occasions, and market needs.
- Channel Strategy: We identify growth opportunities across customer and channel types, responding to emerging trends and consumer behavior.

Over the course of this 1-year rotational program, you will build a deep understanding of how our business drives revenue growth. Through hands-on assignments and strategic projects, you’ll explore areas such as pricing, promotions, portfolio management, commercial analytics, and customer strategy core pillars of RGM.

You will get the opportunity to collaborate with teams across sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain, gaining a full picture of how RGM connects insights to execution. Expectations
- 0-3 years of experience in the commercial sector
- You can work from our Dunaharaszti office on-site during the program
- Fluent English, Hungarian knowledge
- Relevant commercial university degree
- Strong ambition and motivation to lead a team
- Analytical mindset
- Great collaboration and communication skills
- Some project management or coordination experience either from business or private life
