Your mission:
As part of the Digital Transformation team, you’ll focus on Finance solutions within key value streams like Consumer/Customer Centricity, Employee Experience, and Operational Productivity. You’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, own outcomes, and help drive innovation through MVPs and new concepts.
Your tasks will include:
- Acting as local Project Manager for Finance-related IT topics, consulting the business and defining optimal IT solutions
- Implementing and customizing SAP systems (mainly SAP FI/S4) in alignment with central development/support teams
- Supporting SAP projects with fit-to-standard analysis, configuration, testing, and migration
- Ensuring smooth operations for existing SAP FI solutions and driving continuous improvements
- Building and sharing SAP knowledge locally within the business
What we expect:
- University/College degree in IT, Engineering, or Economics
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- 3–5+ years of experience in SAP FI project management, implementation, or configuration
- Proficient English communication skills
- Independent, proactive mindset with strong time and task management skills
What gives you an edge:
- SAP S/4HANA experience
- Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations
- Background in multinational project environments
- ABAP programming/debugging skills
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
