As our Squad Lead, you’ll be the captain of a cross-functional dream team in the Digital Tribe. Your mission: deliver business priorities like a pro, keep us aligned with big-picture goals, and bring continuous improvement magic on our products and customer experiences.
This role is a triple threat—people leadership, product ownership, and operational wizardry—all rolled into one. If you love driving measurable results, fostering an agile, collaborative vibe, and making work feel less like work (and more like winning), this is your stage.
As the new leader of the function / team, you will have the following responsibilities:
Squad Leadership
- Lead and manage a cross-functional squad, ensuring team alignment with company objectives and agile methodology.
- Oversee squad performance, provide mentorship, coaching, and support professional development of squad members.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Motivate the squad to adapt best practices, apply customer insights, and implement innovative solutions.
- Refine squad processes and agile practices based on results, feedback, and industry trends.
- Represent the squad within the organization and act as a key advocate for agile transformation.
Product & Project Ownership
- End-to-end ownership of squad products or services, ensuring alignment with business and customer needs.
- Define and maintain product backlogs, prioritize initiatives, and set sprint goals in collaboration with squad members.
- Develop and execute squad roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and business KPIs to propose enhancements and improvements.
- Align squad activities with organizational strategy, presenting progress and results to key stakeholders.
- Ensure effective resource allocation, financial oversight, and risk management to achieve squad objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication
- Serve as primary liaison between the squad and internal/external stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to manage dependencies, align priorities, and optimize delivery.
- Advocate for squad needs and priorities within strategic discussions and decision-making forums.
- Ensure clear communication of squad objectives, priorities, and performance metrics to all stakeholders.
You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, digital product management, or customer segment management.
- Minimum 2–3 years of people management experience.
- Experience in cross-functional project leadership, ideally in multinational or regional initiatives.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle, commercial operations, and digital channels.
- Agile methodology experience or strong willingness to learn and apply agile practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
- Fluent English; additional local language proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong ownership, proactive mindset, and commitment to customer-centric solutions.
