A results-driven Data Insights and AI Analyst (DIAI Analyst) with 2–5 years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence, skilled in analyzing complex datasets to uncover trends and drive strategic decisions. Familiar with Python, SQL, Power BI, and SAP systems, with knowledge about workflows using Databricks and Microsoft Fabric. Adept at designing impactful dashboards, translating business needs into data-driven insights, and presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams and a solid foundation in data governance, reporting automation, and master data synchronization.
Responsabilties
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth
- Design and implement dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven insights
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of DIAI tools, ensuring accuracy and relevance
- Present findings in a compelling narrative format tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and methodologies for potential adoption
- Document analysis processes and keep track of progress in terms of trends and patterns
- Automate data workflows and reporting processes using notebooks, pipelines, and low-code tools within Databricks and Microsoft Fabric
- Extract and analyze data from SAP systems to support operational and strategic reporting needs
- Support synchronization with master data processes and map it with DIAI tools outputs
- Partner with data engineers, product managers, domain experts, and IT teams
- Support DIAI team to adopt bespoke solutions and GenAI capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence - data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Strong Microsoft Suite (Excel especially – VLOOKUP, Pivot, SUMIF etc)
- Basic experience in Python/SQL and SAP systems. Automation experience preffered.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly
- Preffered experience in FMCG Industry
- English – advanced
