WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Rheinmetall Hungary Munitions Zrt., a member of the Rheinmetall Group, is looking for a Customer Contact & Quality Acceptance Testing Representative to join its new factory in Várpalota. We would like to hire a colleague for performing the following main tasks:
- Willingness to gain deep knowledge for the products tested
- Coordinate and participate Lot Acceptance tests (live firing tests) of ammunition -related products sold to customers, including produced and purchased products
- Manage the communication and documentation processes of the product acceptances between Rheinmetall Hungary Munitions Zrt. (RHM) and the customer
- Reporting and documentation of shooting and testing activities in English
- Represent RHM at Lot acceptance tests in Hungary and abroad
- Act as a main link between the customers and RHM Quality department for product acceptance tests
- Align and cooparate with the Operations department for the production of ammunition, in connection with Lot acceptance tests
- Keep contact and cooparate with the shooting range management
- Participate in the first piece validation process of the medium and large calibre ammunition production
- Coordinate change (configuration) management processes
- Coordinate nonconformity handling processes
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Minimum secondary level qualification in the mechanical or electrical field
- Professional experience in a similar work environment
- Advantage: Experience in pyrotechnic, ammunition or demolition expert, gunsmith, master gunsmith, armourer qualification(s) as well as work experience in Hungarian Defence Forces in medium or large caliber weapon maintenance or shooting range management
- Good skills in MS Office programs
- Fluent in English and Hungarian
- Good communication skills as a representative of the company for the customer
- Willingness to travel with the customer, mainly for meetings and to participate in Lot acceptance tests within Hungary and abroad
