YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Defining country Talent Development strategy and creating a culture of continuous people development across the organization
- Together with People & Culture Managers, performing talent pipeline health checks and concluding an action plan together with Talent Acquisition Managers to ensure strong and valid succession pipeline
- Building Talent Development capabilities and strengthening talent mindset country wide through targeted initiatives
- Driving performance management, talent review, and succession planning processes across the country
- Supporting Senior Management with succession and talent planning
- Leading the implementation and ongoing coordination of talent programs, including Fast Track, Management Trainee, and Female Leadership initiatives.
- Drive local Early Talent and International Leadership Trainee Programs within the country
- Actively identifying talent pools for critical roles and connecting them with cross functional and cross-country development opportunities
- Performing people analytics and providing insights and recommendations based on them
- Responsible for providing career coaching and development support to help individuals unlock their potential and successfully navigate their career paths.
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
- Previous experience in People & Culture (HR), Talent and/or Organizational Development or Strategic business or Capability Building position in another department and desire to grow further in People & Culture (HR) function
- Experienced “internal consultant” with proven ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders at senior level in the business, balancing a strong customer service ethos with constructive challenge and influence
- Experience in a complex matrix and multi-national organization implementing internal talent management/development programs and initiatives
- Strong coaching skills applied to stakeholders/customers and Talent Development/HR communities
- Experience in effectively communicating in matrix organization and across a variety of position levels
- Knowledge of external and internal business environment and structure and desire to keep up to date regarding business and industry trends and implications
- Good understanding of the business strategy and its implications on talent processes
- Keen knowledge and awareness of external best practices and new developments in the field of talent development
