WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a new colleague to join our growing Finance team:
- Serve as a business partner to the plant manager and act as the point of contact for all financial matters
- Prepare, coordinate, track, and review the business plan in collaboration with relevant departments
- Conduct monthly closing and reporting activities
- Provide support for strategic projects and central controlling issues
- Active participation in coordination meetings with representatives from sales, procurement, and production to evaluate and improve financial performance
- Conducting make-or-buy analyses
- Prepare cost estimates
- Perform product costing
- Pricing and IC pricing tasks
- Continuous monitoring of KPI-s, KPI reports
- Preparing cost and efficiency analyses
- Maintain and develop the cost center system
- Cost allocation
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- BSc degree in business administration or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience in controlling in a manufacturing company or similar
- Confident user of Ms Office applications (especially Ms Excel)
- Sound knowledge of SAP is strongly preferred
- Fluent Hungarian and English language skills
- Strong understanding of business interrelationships, processes and structures
