Your role:
As Commercial Finance Manager, you will partner with the Commercial Functions and Brand Partners to develop and implement business strategies that drive long-term financial performance. You will be responsible for leading and developing the Commercial Finance team, fostering engagement, and building capabilities. Additionally, you will be accountable for the financial stewardship of all commercial-related financial matters.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Leads planning processes, including setting targets, communicating assumptions, coordinating budget preparation, challenging submissions and seeking synergies upon consolidation
• Effective discounts and cost management processes
• Effective business planning and forecasting processes with cross functional alignment to deliver robust commercial planning
• Delivers commercial related financial performance (Revenue, DME, Commercial Opex, Debt) in line with targets
• Develops a prioritised finance plan that both delivers the needs of the business and is consistent with the overall finance functional strategy and business plan
• Applies sophisticated quantitative analysis to identify the business, commercial and financial impact on the organisation of different courses of action
• Partners with KA team in key customer negotiations ensuring alignment with the companies strategy and vision
• Ensures the team is focused on identified priorities; develop and implement solutions at an operational level to address actions emanating from insights, either to mitigate critical risk related to commercial business performance
