Delay Management and Risk Mitigation
- Identify potential risks that could lead to project delays, including supply chain disruptions, manufacturing bottlenecks, or logistical challenges
- Monitor production schedules to proactively detect deviations from agreed timelines and implement corrective actions to minimize impact
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to address issues causing delays, ensuring alignment with project milestones
Contractual Compliance and Dispute Resolution
- Review and interpret contract to ensure adherence to agreed terms, including delivery deadlines, quality standards, and penalties for delays
- Manage client communications regarding changes in timelines or unforeseen disruptions, negotiating time extensions or alternative solutions when necessary
- Resolve disputes arising from delays or non-compliance by preparing detailed documentation and engaging legal teams or arbitration processes when required
- Strong cooperation with Supply chain related claims stakeholders
- Economic, Law or Administration degree (M.Sc.)
- Native Hungarian and advanced English language skills
Legal Expertise
- Strong understanding of contractual law
- Ability to negotiate amendments or settlements with clients and suppliers while protecting the company’s interests
Risk Management Skills
- Ability to develop emergency plans through a proactive approach. Communication and Stakeholder Management
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams regarding claims, disputes, or changes in project scope
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with stakeholders while navigating complex contractual issues
Organizational Skills
- Strong attention to detail for tracking project timelines, documenting claims, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
- Effective prioritization of tasks in fast-paced environments where multiple claims or disputes may arise simultaneously
