You will have the following responsibilities:
- Active participation in preparing yearly, quarterly and monthly CRVM activity plan of consumer (prepaid, postpaid) segment
- Lifecycle management of consumer segment by improving the customer value mix and customer satisfaction on the base
- Understand segment performance and segment needs
- Support inflow campaigns and product launch with managing customer onboarding
- Execute operational campaign management activities from segmentation through campaign parametrization to regular follow-ups
- Plan, and with the help of other teams execute continuous sub-segmented campaigns to achieve KPIs related to the existing customer base
- Alignment of CRVM activities with other segments and across channels, support hero campaigns, customer retention and churn management
- Support business decisions with preparing decision making materials and presenting these for management team
- Monitoring performance on granular level, setting and following-up the KPIs in relation with activities
- Prepare campaign profitability calculations and follow up
- Coordinate activities across the organization, work collaboratively and coordinate cross functionally with other units
You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:
- University degree (economics, business administration, commerce, marketing, technical)
- Strong analytical and strategic skills combined with deep passion for customer experience
- 4+ years of relevant marketing or customer segment management or CRM related experience
- Practical knowledge of product management, G2M process, project management and planning
- Fluent English
- Customer commitment, experience in working with customer insights, segmentation, CRM planning
- Assertiveness
- Open mindset
- Team-player and ownership attitude
