What is the purpose of this role?
You will be the subject matter Campaign Manager on the marketing communication group. The main task is to deliver integrated ATL and BTL campaigns all the way from briefing to launch. Based on given offer and insights set the fundamentals and bloom the core idea into a solid and outstanding communication. We count on you to direct agency resources, participate in communication planning process and partner very closely with marketing and other internal stakeholders to develop and execute external communication strategy and content. Needless to say, besides our job, we love cats and dogs. Oh, and did we mention non-stop fun yet? We’re looking for a team member who brings his/her heart into the projects not just knowledge and experience. Someone who drives for results and knows how to get them through others cross-functionally, comes up with creative approaches and solutions, and has a roll your sleeves up and get stuff done attitude.
You will have the following responsibilities:
- Bring brand attributes into life via campaign execution
- Deliver business related messages in Yettel’ style and tonality
- Find new ideas and possibilities to enrich Yettel campaigns
- Create the perfect message structure to the given campaigns and meets it to specific media channels and tools
- Brief and direct agency resources for communications development
- Ensuring deadlines and budgets are met and business objectives
- Monitor and analyze effectiveness of campaigns and recommend improvements that drive change
- Ensures productivity is maximized and quality is delivered
- Jump in on projects where the team needs additional support
- Act fast and be prepared to work out from your comfort zone
You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:
- At least 3-6 years’ experience in brand marketing/ marketing communication/ creative agency area
- Experience in ATL campaign development
- Strong project management skills
- Capability to think critically, analyze data, make difficult decisions, and solve complex problems
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in Hungarian & English
- Ability to partner across the company and to work on multiple projects
- Being ready and willing to adapt to the possibility of uncertainty, new territory and change everyday
- Staying calm under pressure and tight deadlines
- Positive and creative mindset
