For an international client, we are recruiting an energetic and customer-oriented Call Center Operator.
You will handle incoming calls, provide accurate information and support, record and process customer requests as well as complaints, and ensure their timely resolution. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with a high volume of daily interactions are essential. Knowledge of a foreign language is a significant advantage.
