QUALIFIERS:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience, in Marketing , Brand Management
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration. Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing /MBA
- Fluency in Social Media platforms, SEO, Google Analytics
- Excellent command of English language
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follows and identifies market trends in Juices for implementation and exploring growth opportunities on the local market, actively searches for system best practices and ideas by leveraging strong international CCH network and practices from other industries and markets, runs regular market visits with senior colleagues
- Supporting the Juices teams for Amita Motion & Frulite to ensure profitability and bottom- and top-line delivery related to the assigned projects while proactively proposing initiatives and actions for growth
- Involved in the Planning of projects’ related Direct Marketing Expenses (DME) for execution of the projects, closely monitors and manages the assigned DME with discipline and close collaboration with Finance and Juices marketing manager
- Partners and coordinates with Marketing and Sales teams to explore project related channel / customer / region specific needs, and plans and aligns addressing these through relevant marketing activities while ensuring DME support by the Juices Marketing manager
- Aligns holistic 360 marketing support for the assigned projects including Brand communication and activation of new launches
- Working closely with the agencies, responsible to set up weekly routines with agencies to ensure performance management
- Provides channel guidelines for project channel execution and OBPPC zoning architecture
- Provides guidelines for channel cross-merchandising opportunities based of relevant business sourcing insights and closely works with Channel Marketing and Sales managers to execute distinctive Occasion based marketing (OBM) initiatives and offers
- Works closely with RGM for setting up innovative project related Shopper promo mechanics,
- Tracks performance of the brand projects and proposes on-going corrective actions when needed
