You will have the following responsibilities:
Below listed tasks are to be delivered for CCO:
- Administrative tasks to provide the daily operational support
- Handling incoming and outgoing documents, mailings, invoices, phone calls
- Managing the calendar effectively,
- Organizational and coordinating activities related to internal and external meetings
- Travel organization
- Organizing meetings, regional and internal group events
- Recording minutes of meetings, highlighting action points
- Preparing presentations, status reports
- Translating and interpreting
- Keeping contact with Yettel Hungary’s top management, departments, vendors and within Yettel Group
- Expat related arrangements
- Assistance to CEO in case of the absence of Senior Executive Assistant to CEO
Below listed tasks are to be delivered for all directors within the Commercial Division:
- Flight tickets, hotel accommodation, Travel Requests
- Credit card expense administration
- Cash expense administration
- SAP administration
- External employees account process
- Meeting organizing tasks
- Event coordination, team buildings
- Business cards
- Unit host tasks
You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:
- College / University degree
- Proficient English
- 5 years’ work experience in similar position
- Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
- Handle confidential information properly
- MS Office knowledge
