We are looking for a professional who can optimize processes, propose independent improvement initiatives, and actively contribute to cost reduction, efficiency enhancement, and improved cross-team collaboration.
The role
- Develop more efficient operational proposals across the entire supply chain.
- Identify inefficient processes and suggest automation or streamlining solutions to help reduce supply chain costs.
- Standardize processes related to supply chain planning and ensure that teams adhere to defined principles.
- Review inventory management routines and production processes to improve availability and manufacturing performance indicators while reducing inventory value.
- Identify operational challenges between teams and develop project-based improvement proposals to enhance collaboration.
Expectations
- Participation in supply chain optimization or efficiency improvement projects.
- 2–3 years of supply chain experience, preferably in production planning or inventory management.
- Structured thinking and analytical mindset. You can quickly identify problems and find solutions.
- Solution-oriented attitude. You can engage others, are motivated by complex challenges, and proactively initiate improvements.
- Fluent in English.
Advantages
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. value stream mapping, fishbone diagram, Gantt chart).
- Data handling and analysis skills (Excel functions, Pivot tables).
