- Lead the supply planning process for spirits and other assigned product categories
- Communicate and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Distribution, Finance, and external suppliers
- Place new orders for finished goods with suppliers, manage supplier communications, and seek optimal solutions for all parties
- Prepare and lead weekly and monthly S&OP meetings
- Monitor results and report internally on performance and deviations from the plan
- Collaborate with colleagues across the Group to share best practices, align planning across business units, and develop contingency supply plans
- Work closely with Sales Planning and Finance to ensure data integrity and accurate volume tracking
- Identify potential supply risks, escalate issues, and propose action plans
- Maintain and control master data
- Independently prepare the annual business plan for your assigned categories
