The role
- We count on you to maintain a safe and efficient production process, ensuring the production of high-quality products.
- Constantly analyse and interpret efficiency data, reduce downtime and losses to achieve the best results together with our automated production.
- Use your Lean, Kaizen knowledge, optimize and drive production to success
- Connect the co-departments that are essential for production, such as quality control, production planning or maintenance team, to solve all problems
- Be part of our management team, coordinating your team in the execution of maintenance, repair and investment works
- Support your colleagues in implementing improvements, introducing new products, as a production expert we rely on your opinion
- Guide our guests around the factory as an expert during audits and visits
Expectations:
- You have at least a communicative command of written and spoken English (no language exam is required, but active knowledge is)
- You have technical knowledge, you like to be close to the machines, but you are not afraid of office work, you will need both
- You have led a team in a factory environment and know the tools for process improvement
- You have a strong understanding of context and a good systems approach to seeing problems and suggesting solutions
- You want to be a leader, not a boss
- You are hard-working, ambitious, always evolving and like to work in a team with a good sense of humor, and these are characteristics that you share, so you will fit in easily
- We're happy if you've worked in the bottling industry before, but it's not a prerequisite to apply! We welcome applications with a CV in English, regardless of gender or age, who meet the above requirements!
