Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager,

You will have the following responsibilities:
- Facilitating and coordinating the transition between agile and waterfall methodologies becomes part of your role, ensuring that you identify the most suitable hybrid approach when necessary.
- Planning and managing the project scope, timeline, and budget will rely on your ability to keep delivery structured and predictable.
- Daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum events run smoothly because you help the team stay aligned with agile principles.
- The team counts on you to help identify and remove workflow obstacles, while also supporting the resolution of any resource‑related or operational challenges.
- Continuous iteration based on sprint goals and priorities becomes effective through the way you keep development cycles short, focused, and productive, enabling fast feedback loops.
- Coordinating the work of multiple teams happens efficiently thanks to your oversight of resource allocation, task distribution, and capacity planning — especially within development teams.
- Stakeholders stay informed about project status, sprint progress, and emerging issues because you maintain clear and proactive communication with them.
- Agile practices improve within the teams and the wider organization through the training sessions and workshops you organize and facilitate.
- Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and sprint reviews remain transparent and meaningful because you track and present them to key business stakeholders.
You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- A Scrum Master certification that proves your professional grounding.
- Experience as an IT Project Manager.
- A strong sense of ownership, enabling you to take responsibility for the team.
- A highly proactive mindset that helps you act before issues escalate.
