WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Responsible for the efficient operation of the designated area
- Comply with and enforce safety regulations
- Ensure the efficient planning, organization, and use of available resources
- Familiarity with the processes, machines, and equipment
- Ensure the efficient operation of machines and equipment to reduce scrap rate
- Monitor production-related KPIs and ensure that they are achieved
- Monitor production-related processes in the SAP system
- Ensure the right quantity and quality of products by the specified deadline
- Maintain close cooperation with the supervisor, other area managers, shift leaders, and other related areas
- Organize the operation of the area under their responsibility, in accordance with the 5S principles
- Actively participate in the preparation of system and customer audits
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Engineering degree (BSc./MSc.)
- Several years of experience in manufacturing, including at least 3 years of work experience as a team leader
- Confident use of MS Office
- Knowledge of SAP (R3 and/or S/4Hana)
- High level of English (spoken and written) as well as Hungarian language skills
- Excellent communication, social and conflict management skills
Advantages:
- Experience in automotive manufacturing processes
- Experience with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards
- Knowledge of SAP PP, MM and/or WH modules
- German language skills
