A Product Configuration Lead Account Payable in the Product Team acts as the key player in analyzing the business requirement, writing technical & functional specifications & proposing solution design to build & deliver an E2E product that meets business expectations. They ensure long-term solution design stability, maintainability, compliance & data integrity according to the CCH landscape & standards
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collaborate with business and analyses requirements. Turn them into functional/technical specification, including effort estimation
• Contribute to the product lifecycle together with the product manager from an E2E perspective from conception to retirement (Business, information, data, systems, financials, delivery & maintenance)
• Together with the product manager as well as the solution/platform architects and other stakeholders collaborate cross-functionally and validate process compliance of new requirements, provide solutioning while targeting simplification and standardization
• Align solution UI/UX aspects with an expert/vendor, align UI/UX proposals with product owner Business stakeholders as well as Countries, plan A/B testing when appropriate
• Support product manager in driving backlog prioritization and help sprint objective definition
• Configure & customize the Product in alignment with Developers/Architects
• Support pro-actively the product team to improve the state of the product based on new capabilities, innovations, usability & performance to ensure best-in-class product delivery
• Support the functional specification of user stories
• Work with Architect(s) to validate sizing & estimates with the dev team to ensure accurate sprint planning (on-scope/on-time/on-budget)
• Participate in complex (Cross-Stream, Cross Functional) discussions with stakeholders when determining the functional/technical requirements/capabilities needs to meet business goals
• Collaborate with business, as well as with SAP AG stakeholders, for necessary deliverables
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting (FI), specifically Accounts Payable (FI-AP) area.
• Experience with Process Director (SAP AP module) or any other system able to facilitate the posting and automation of incoming invoices.
• Knowledge about procurement processes.
• Knowledge about the outgoing payments and connections with treasury.
• Proficiency in data integration techniques and experience designing data pipelines to secure integration data flow to the remaining modules of SAP.
• Experience working with Azure data environments and competency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Understanding of data governance principles and experience working with governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, with Safe Agile certification strongly preferred.
• English fluency verbal and written communication is a MUST.
