We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Product Analyst you will emphasize on Business Value Delivery and DevSecOps adoption for speed and quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for the Product Lifecycle and Roadmap Management (includes Product Vision) and Product Adoption & Communication. This role is also responsible for Product Performance, Risk, Delivery, Vendor, Financial Management (Product Related) and for Business Relationship & Innovation Management. You will also contribute to QA & Testing, Service and Experience Design, Release Management and User Interaction & Visual Design.
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Business needs translated into system requirements and solutions
• Products and new features are released to customers and users in collaboration with business capability owners with desired adoption rate.
• Relevant documentation as an outcome from complex (Cross-Stream, Cross Functional) discussions with stakeholders when determining the functional/technical requirements/capabilities needs to meet business goals .
• Training delivery on the product developments introduced.
• Ensure performance meet the business needs, thresholds and metrics.
• Process compliance of new requirements, targeting simplification and standardization met together with Product Manager, Product Owner and Architects.
• Product backlog management: ensure backlog features/user stories are clear, well documented following agile principles, EA guidelines and best practices.
• Products and new features get built predictably and with speed with optimized quality value from suppliers (through faster access to skills/capabilities).
• Work with Architect(s) to refine functional requirements, validate sizing & estimates with the dev team to ensure accurate sprint planning, support performance optimizations (platform/product specific).
• Product documentation, keeping repository of country-specific processes & capabilities (WIKI, ADO Features & User Stories).
• Primary source of E2E knowledge about product and execute configuration where needed (platform/product specific).
• RFI & RFQs scope definition and vendor selection.
• Tangible business value realized / business capabilities enhanced.
• Business Case development prepared in collaboration with the business.
• Optimal product TCO and license management.
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
• Business understanding (CAS, Internal communication, Employer Branding), project management and analysis and software implementations from the respective area.
• Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Understands the meaning and implication of key business and financial indicators such as EBIT, ROI, TCO, DIFOTAI, etc.
• Strong vendor management skills, knowledge and experience in vendor selection, contracting, collaboration.
• Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, working on a global scale with stakeholders in multi countries.
• English proficiency.
• University Degree and/or equivalent work experience.
• Service Design Experiences.
• Experience with driving product vision, strategy and roadmap as well as prototyping is and advantage.
• Successfully completed full project cycle for Key Strategic or Group Projects.
• Experience with agile methodologies, vendor management skills is an advantage.
