Contract: Permanent
In this role, you will be responsible for the definition and maintenance of the standards of project management and process. You will support the successful delivery of optimization projects undertaken by region team through effective facilitation, tracking and reporting. Additionally you will assist with advising teams on the best use of project management disciplines. You will approach and act as the first point of contact for several program management queries within region.
IN THIS EXCITING ROLE YOU WILL:
• Ensure cross-projects dependencies are managed and spotted;
• Lead the information flow between the members of department and between the departments inside the region planning;
• Act as a reference point for PMO queries and information as well as an advocate for best practices in project management;
• Contribute to system adoption and usage inside region planning, enhancing planning and reporting capabilities;
• Establish and manage processes supporting CB and optimization initiatives and projects, streamline communications between team and project sponsors and empower the team to engage in meaningful and efficient debate of priorities and resource availability;
• Support Blue Yonder usage, develop reports and dashboards facilitating CB team;
• Define needs of new / updated reports, develop and manage them;
• Prepare, present and interpret planning related KBI's, make recommendations which result in increased productivity and efficiency;
• Ensure stakeholders management and networking by establishing and maintaining relationships with the various business stakeholders;
• Collaborate with others to build successful working win-win partnerships.
YOU CAN BE SUCCESFULL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:
• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain – in planning and/or process improvement.
• Experience on complex assignments with various stakeholders.
• Business awareness, excellent written and oral communicational skills.
• SAP BW reporting usage experience.
• Experience in a planning tool (ERP system).
• English proficiency.
• Office 365 proficiency.
• IT and business process knowledge.
