We’re looking for a People Partner who will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, drive meaningful change, and help shape a high-performing, engaged organization.
As a People Partner, you will be the strategic partner for your business area, translating business needs into impactful HR solutions while ensuring a great employee experience across the entire lifecycle.
🧰 Your contribution to something big
- Act as the single point of contact for local HR core processes
- Ensure the local implementation and execution of Bosch and the division HR strategies, standards, and core processes across the HR value chain
- Partner closely with business leaders and international HR stakeholders to enable collaboration and performance across location
- Serve as a sparring partner for leaders on talent development, diagnostics, and organizational effectiveness topics
- Coach and advise leaders in complex individual cases, including performance management, disciplinary, and health-related cases
- Drive cultural change, engagement, and leadership effectiveness within your area of responsibility
- Monitor employee engagement surveys, pulse checks, and people insights, and initiate targeted follow-up actions
- Ensure compliance with local labor law, Bosch policies, and HR governance requirements
- Track, analyze, and interpret HR KPIs (headcount, turnover, overtime, etc.) to support data-driven decision-making
- Coordinate key talent processes such as Talent Development Programs, Career Discussions, and Talent & Associate Reviews
- Actively contribute to salary review processes and continuous improvement of benefit programs
- Adapt and localize global and regional HR solutions to meet local business needs, ensuring high-quality implementation
- Maintain and continuously improve HR process documentation
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and services in line with Bosch business strategies
🎓 Education: Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field (e.g. psychology, economics, sociology, law)
🔍 Experience & Know-how:
- Minimum two years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role
- Experience in change management and organizational development
- Advanced IT skills (Microsoft Office, internet applications, SAP)
- Solid knowledge of labor law
- Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
🌍 Languages: Business-fluent English (spoken and written); German at communication level is an advantage
