WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Lean management skills - value stream mapping / 5S / visual management / SFM / Kanban / Kaizen / root cause analysis
- Leading the continuous improvement and problem solving process in the plant for all related departments from Production/Quality/Logistics, including also the white collar areas
- Data and system-related topics (e.g. OEE; throughput time; failure rate; productivity)
- Active participation in the operation and supervision of production lines from a LEAN perspective
- Leading the optimisation of existing production layouts and workstations
- Cycle time measurement and work sequence optimisation
- Creating and maintaining production-related documents, such as work plans and work instructions
- Organising and moderating business excellence workshops
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- At least 5 years of professional experience in lean management/5S/business excellence
- Presentation skills in front of top management and willingness to lead teams through the different phases of improvement
- Green belt in Lean Six Sigma (Black belt is advantageous)
- Initial experience in project management
- Self-driven, structured , power of endurance and assertiveness
- Fluent English and Hungarian language skills, German is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- MiniTab – statistical analysis
- Openness, solution-oriented mindset and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to travel
