Automotive Steering Column Ltd. operates as an independent division of the Bosch Group. Our company develops, manufactures and markets steering columns for passenger cars and commercial vehicles worldwide and is a supplier to 16 automotive manufacturers. In addition to our plant in Eger, we have 3 other locations, giving us a personal presence in the most important markets.
Job Description:- Lead and develop the IT Team of 2-3 employees
- Drive IT strategy aligned with business goals
- Oversee IT projects in ERP Systems (SAP), security, rollouts and integration of external tools
- Control IT budgets, Supplier management, and service providers
- Act as key contact for executives and other departments
- Create a people-centric, supportive team environment based on trust and respect.
- Manage a distributed team in HU & FR
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven leadership experience in IT management
- Strong knowledge of ERP Systems (preferred SAP R3)
- Strong understanding of modern IT infrastructures, cloud services, and IT security
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and problem solving
- Empathy and servant leadership
- Effective stakeholder management
- Project leadership
- Fluent in Hungarian and English
