We are looking for a #PeopleFirst leader who can fill our corporate strategy with life while also inspiring their own team. As the Head of Consumer Home Segment, you are responsible for independently setting the strategic vision and driving the performance of Yettel’s Home Internet and TV & Entertainment businesses. You own the roadmap for the entire Consumer Home segment, ensure strong business outcomes, and lead the cross-functional alignment required for successful execution. You bring together home connectivity and entertainment into one compelling and competitive customer proposition, unlocking new revenue opportunities and shaping the future of the segment.
As a people manager, you lead the Consumer Home Segment team by inspiring and enabling them to reach their full potential—individually and collectively—while fostering a collaborative, high-performing #oneteam culture across the organization.
As the new leader of the function / team, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Define and drive the segment vision: Establish the strategic direction and commercial ambition for the Home segment (Home Internet and TV & Entertainment), aligned with Yettel’s overall strategy and market opportunities.
- Own business performance: Set and track segment-level KPIs, manage business performance, and lead proactive adjustments to roadmap and strategy to ensure goals are met.
- Lead segment roadmap and initiatives: Oversee the creation and execution of the segment roadmap, ensuring timely and impactful delivery of initiatives, products, and propositions.
- Identify and grow future revenue streams: Actively seek new growth opportunities and innovations in home connectivity and entertainment services that enhance customer value and drive segment expansion.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration: Serve as the key interdepartmental interface to ensure seamless execution across product, marketing, customer service, technology, and other supporting units.
- Champion customer insight and experience: Use data, research, and customer feedback to inform strategy, understand evolving needs, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Guide marketing and positioning efforts: Support the creation of powerful go-to-market strategies and campaigns that reinforce Yettel’s brand and value proposition in the home space.
- Drive segment-level contribution to brand equity: Enhance the perception and attractiveness of Yettel’s home offerings in the market
You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:
- University degree
- fluent English and native Hungarian
- 5-8+ years relevant professional experience
- people management experience
